I’ve been fueled by coffee and connection for as long as I can remember.

My Sicilian grandmother had me drinking coffee at four years old—yes, even in my cereal. Since then, coffee has been more than a ritual. It’s been the backdrop of stories, laughter, and community.

That spirit lives at the heart of Candidly Brewed—creativity grounded in real life and meant to be shared.

I’m a wife, mom of three, devoted dog-and-cat wrangler by choice, and a creative by nature. By day, I serve as an Executive Director in senior living. By passion, I help people and organizations tell honest, meaningful stories through documentary photography, visual branding, and community-centered work.

My journey began in 2007 as a caregiver in senior living, where I learned that the real magic often happens in quiet coffee moments—the small, human exchanges that make someone feel seen, valued, and connected. Over the years, I’ve worked across engagement, events, sales, and operations, each role deepening my ability to listen closely, lead with empathy, and notice the details that matter most.

I later earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science with a focus in Communications and Sociology, along with professional credentials including CARES Dementia Specialist (CDS), Certified Diversity Executive® (CDE®), and Certified Professional Sales Leader® (CPSL®), and membership in the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches (PARWCC).

But the most meaningful lessons have never come from titles.

They’ve come from people—their stories, their resilience, and their beautifully unfiltered moments.

That love of noticing is what eventually drew me back behind the camera so many years ago.

Photography became a way to honor real life: the laugh lines, milestones, quiet in-between moments, and the connections that shape a person, a family, or a community. Visual and career branding followed naturally, blending creativity with strategy to help people show up with clarity and confidence.

Today, Candidly Brewed brings those threads together through:
