I picked up a film camera in high school and never really put it down. Cell phones took over for a while, and then my kids were small and I needed to document everything, so I got my first DSLR. That was the beginning of taking it seriously again. Today I shoot with Nikon mirrorless cameras and work primarily in documentary and portrait photography across the Tampa Bay area.

Alongside photography, I've spent years helping people find the right words for their own work. Career documents, LinkedIn profiles, PR writing, organizational messaging. It comes from the same place as the camera: noticing what's actually there and helping it come through clearly.

By day I serve as an Executive Director in senior living, a role I've held across 15-plus years in the field. I started as a caregiver in 2007 and have worked through engagement, events, sales, operations, and leadership since then. That background shapes how I work with clients. I'm used to listening closely, reading rooms, and helping people show up well in situations that matter.

I'm also a wife, mom of three, and owned by five animals: two Saint Bernards in therapy training, a senior pit mix named Buddy, and two Hemingway cats who tolerate the rest of us. Animals have always been some of my best subjects.
